It’s simple, when purchasing an item, select Repeated Delivery and the frequency (how often you need delivery, e.g every 3 weeks). Simply email or call us if you ever wish to change the frequency of your delivery, or to add, or change item/s on your order.
No contracts apply, you are not locked in in any way. You’re free to cancel your Repeated Delivery at any time, right up to dispatch, no cancellation fees will ever apply. So go ahead, select Repeated Delivery and simply save.

Delivery to Sydney Metro. area is $50.00 (including G.S.T.) regardless of orders weight.

We require payment into our account prior to your order being dispatched.
On the order form you are asked to provide us with a spot where the courier can leave your delivery of pet food and accessories if there is nobody home to take delivery. Be as specific as practically possible, example, behind left gate of house, under front verandah etc. We ask that you fill in this section even if you are sure someone will be at the delivery point.
Expect delivery in 1 to 5 business days.
Should you decide you no longer want an item prior to it entering transit, simply e-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org providing your receipt number, full name (as per your order) and stipulating the item you no longer require. No charge applies.
After you have received your order if you decide you no longer want an item (for whatever reason) we will gladly accept the return of that item, provided it is returned within 14 days, a full refund (not including delivery charges) will be offered. Include the receipt number and the full name of the person/s the order was completed in, with the returned item. Please note that all returns must be unused and in undamaged and unopened original packaging, including any accessories, manuals etc. pertaining to that item. It is your responsibility to organize and pay for the transit costs involved in returning items and to ensure their undamaged return.
When measuring for correct collar size use a tape measure to measure your pets neck, then add on 6 ½ to 7 ½ cm. Check collar size frequently on growing puppies. When measuring for correct coat and jumper size measure from the base of the neck to the start of the tail.
